The investigations revealed that as soon as the ferry reached its destination on the western side of the wind, it shook – as It is familiar – when it collided with the place where it was docked in preparation for stopping, and as a result of the bus driver’s failure to use its brakes and abandon it, the bus returned to the back, while the person responsible for operating the ferry did not close its rear iron door, which ensured that what it was carrying would not fall on its roof, which resulted in a crash. The bus fell into the water. Investigations also revealed that the ferry operating license had expired since August last year.

The Public Prosecution also ordered the imprisonment of the bus and ferry drivers, taking samples from them to determine the extent of their use of narcotic substances, assigning the Civil Defense Forces to continue searching for the missing girls, seizing the bus and ferry at the scene of the incident, and forming a tripartite committee to move to inspect the ferry and examine it to determine its technical suitability for work and the method of its operation. And the extent of its availability of rescue and safety equipment, the strength of its crew, and the role of each of them, leading to a statement of everyone who caused the incident and determining his role and responsibility for it. The Public Prosecution also ordered the bus to be examined to determine its technical safety. Investigations are being completed.

The Fifth Settlement Butcher… The Port Said Criminal Court, First Circuit, headed by Counselor Mohamed Abu Al-Futouh Al-Hantour, President of the Court, and the membership of Counselors Ayman Suleiman Badr, Mohamed Abdel-Rouf Qabban, and secretaries Tariq Okasha and Khaled Khater, issued a seizure of the money and property of the Fifth Settlement Butcher, and this came in support of the decision issued by Attorney general.

The court’s decision came against both Karim M., known as the Fifth Settlement killer, and his son Zain, not to dispose of their personal funds “cash, movable or liquid funds, shares, bonds, instruments, safes, or deposits owned by the accused,” by selling, transferring, or Mortgaging or arranging any real or personal rights thereon.

On Thursday, the sixteenth of this month, the Public Prosecution received notification that the body of an unknown woman had been found lying on the June 30 road in the Port Said Governorate district. The Public Prosecution took the initiative to move to the crime scene to examine it and examine the body, and issued its decision to remove the decennial fingerprints and forensic photography of the victim’s body. To determine her identity, call for forensic medicine to perform an autopsy on the body, and request a police investigation that determined her identity and that of her killer, who recognized her and took her to his residence in the Katameya Police Department to consume narcotic substances. As soon as she fell under the influence of those substances, he killed her and disposed of her body where it was found, so the prosecution ordered The public seized it and brought it.

Accordingly, the Fifth Settlement murderer was arrested from his residence and the car he used to transport the body, as well as his two cell phones.

During the interrogation of the killer of the Fifth Settlement, he admitted during the investigations that he used to get to know girls and take them to his residence to perform unusual sexual acts, take narcotic substances with them, and have sexual intercourse with them, and when they fell under the influence of those narcotic substances, he would give them consciousness-disturbing drugs, then he would kill them and film those clips using… His phone number denied the statement, and he acknowledged the fact of killing the victim, which was supported by the Public Prosecution’s examination and discharge of the two phones, as this resulted in the presence of video clips in which the accused appears to be performing unusual sexual acts with the victim’s body.

It also resulted in the accused, the murderer of the Fifth Settlement, committing a similar incident with another woman, whose body was found on Saturday, the thirteenth of last April, on the side of the road mentioned above – in the direction of Ismailia Governorate -, and Report No. 909 of 2024 was issued by the administrative center. Qantara West, and after the Public Prosecution matched the photos of that woman and the distinctive marks on her body that resulted from that examination, the Public Prosecution identified the person of that woman, and when confronting the accused, he acknowledged in detail the incident of her murder, so the Public Prosecution moved with him to his residence, where he conducted a representative simulation of how the two incidents were committed. He was informed of where he kept the tools intended for taking narcotic substances, and quantities of the aforementioned medical drugs. The personal belongings of one of the victims were also found.

The Public Prosecution in South Giza released the “branch head” and “real estate registration employee” accused of forging a judicial power of attorney for festival singer Issam Sasa, with a financial bail of 5 thousand pounds for each of them.

Investigations had previously revealed the forgery of a judicial power of attorney for festival singer Issam Sasa, especially since the power of attorney was made while Issam Sasa was outside the country, which prompted the investigating authorities to examine that power of attorney and determine whether it was forged or not, until it turned out to be forged.

The Public Prosecution in South Giza had referred festival singer Issam Sassa to the Criminal Court, on charges of accidentally killing a forty-year-old man and driving under the influence of narcotic substances, after the forensic medical report proved positive that he had taken narcotic substances.

It had previously ordered the arrest and bringing of festivals singer Issam Sasa, after receiving a forensic report proving that he had taken narcotic substances while driving his car, and charging him with accidentally killing a citizen.

The official in charge of the operations room at the General Administration of Traffic in Giza received a signal from the Police Department regarding the occurrence of a traffic accident and the presence of a deceased person at the top of the Al-Munib Ring Road, before the Mariouteya Nazlat, within the scope of the Talbieh Police Department.

The security and traffic services moved to the location of the report, and upon examination and inspection it was found that while Arbaeen was crossing the ring road, the aforementioned festival singer happened to pass by, knocking him down several meters, resulting in his death from his wounds.

The police forces were able to arrest Issam Sasa, and seized his luxury car that caused the traffic accident and the body of the deceased. The necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident and presented to the Public Prosecution, which took over the investigation.

The Badr Misdemeanor Court decided to renew the imprisonment of blogger Hadeer Abdel Razek, who is accused of publishing videos inciting debauchery and debauchery, for 15 days pending investigation.

The accused said that she does not do anything forbidden and does not incite girls to immorality, noting that all she does is advertise for brands of underwear, lingerie and swimsuits and receives money for them. She considers herself a clothing model and takes it as her profession, just like the girls she works for and fills magazines and newspapers.

The beginning was when the Morality Investigation Department monitored a woman posting indecent videos in which she incited the spread of immorality and debauchery on social media sites.

After codifying the procedures, the accused was identified and by targeting her, she was arrested inside an apartment in Cairo.

For her part, Counselor Noha Al-Jundi explained, in a special statement to Al-Osboa, the secrets behind the arrest of the blogger Hadeer Abdel Razek, noting that she had filed a report against the blogger Hadeer Abdel Razek with the Internet Investigations, some time ago, after the aforementioned blogger published video clips. It was indecent with public morals, during which parts of her body were exposed, in addition to her displaying inappropriate clothing on social media sites in a way that is inconsistent with the customs and traditions of the Egyptian people.

The New Cairo Prosecution ordered the referral of an international network consisting of an Egyptian young man and two girls who hold the nationality of a foreign country, who specialized in practicing prostitution inside a famous compound in the First Settlement, to the Misdemeanor Court.

The security services of the Cairo Security Directorate received information indicating that two girls had attracted those seeking forbidden pleasure in the New Cairo area.

Upon examination and conducting the necessary investigations, the incident was revealed to be true, and after the procedures were legalized, the two girls and the young man were arrested, and it was found that they were attracting men in exchange for large sums of money.

A report was drawn up regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
